All motorcycle insurance carriers offer a significant discount to riders that complete an accredited Motorcycle Rider Safety Course. The Safety courses teach basic bike handling, rules of the road, and how to avoid dangerous situations. Arizona requires instructors to complete an advanced certification course prior to teaching the public so you know you are in good hands while zig-zagging through the orange cones. We have established relationships with two of Arizona’s most notable Motorcycle Rider Safety Courses in order to promote rider safety awareness.
Big Boy Toy Insurnace is proud to announce two relationships with two Motorcycle Rider Safety Courses in Arizona. The first is Ride Arizona MTC in Casa Grande. Trina Meeks is the owner/operator. She was excited to hear from Big Boy Toy Insurance once I informed her how we can work together to get more motorcycle riders aware of the importance of her safety program. We placed a banner to Ride Arizona MTC at the bottom of the page.
The other program we have established a relationship with is Pima Community College’s Motorcycle Rider Education course administered through Pima Community College. Sheila Robinson is the contact person for information and enrollment. Currently, Pima College offers three programs 1) Basic Rider Course (BRC) for those with little to no riding experience; 2) Absolute Beginner Course (ABC) for those who have never riden a motorcycle; and 3) Experienced Rider Course (ERC) is a short 6 hour course focusing on defensive riding maneuvers, pre-ride preparation and advanced cornering techniques.
Whether you are a 20 year vetern rider or just beginning on your first bike, a Motorcycle Rider Safety Course can not only save money on your insurance premiums but could also save your life while on the road.
